The aim of the Fellowship is to re-introduce India to Indians while making it possible for them to carry forward the ideas of Indianness by tying the past and the present. History, we believe, must be engaging, innovative and creatively re-told. It is this essence of re-telling history as an unforgettable story of the real, unedited and personal that we aim to revamp the collective conscience of India and the world on the stories unheard by the greater majority.
The hallmark of the Fellowship is the creative essence that has been oft-neglected or in some small way overlooked. ThisDay’s Fellowship on the Chronicles of Indian Architecture focuses on re-building the perception around history for both history-haters and history aficionados. We need writers to carefully research and write on the various monuments and the various styles of architecture.
